HSCS BAND

Developing confident, motivated, self-disciplined
learners who will contribute to the improvement of
self, family and nation.

One band, One sound.
If one of us is late, we’re all late.
If one of us sounds bad, we all sound bad.

Alternative Music

Here are some videos that will blow your mind! Enjoy!

Mosaic - a singing group without instruments. All instrument parts are done with their mouth!  Crazy! FYI: One of the performers graduated from Central Florida Community College in Ocala.

Black Violin - Two Florida boys (All-State violinst and viola players) that mixed Hip-hop to classical music.  I saw them at the 2009 All-State Conference and they are Crazy-Wicked!

Scott Wilson- He is the New UF Assistant Jazz Director and also a great trumpet player.  Watch this and notice what he plays other then the trumpet ..... it is an EVI (Electronic Valved Instrument).

Santa Fe High School "Raider Regiment" - Ever wonder what to do after leaving the HSCS Band.   Look no further...

FSU Marching Chiefs - Thriller
